If you cannot see images, please click here Telescopes Sport Optics Microscopes COMING TODAY TO A SCREEN NEAR YOU: Explore Alliance set to debut weekly 'How do you Know?' educational show   Explore Scientific and the Explore Alliance are committed to bringing you educational programs to broaden your horizons and provide insight to help you in your own explorations of the world around and the sky above. With that in mind, we have partnered with STEM guru Dr. Daniel Barth to create a new weekly show — "How Do You Know?".   The show will give educators, parents, and mentors, simple yet effective science demonstrations that can be conducted at very low cost to teach students of any age how the universe works. Each show will feature hands-on activities that you can use yourself, or in a regular, remote, or home school classroom. Support materials will be available free online.  The first episode of "How Do You Know?" will air at 4:00 p.m. CDT today (March 15). The first activity will be: How Do You Know the Moon is Round? The show will air live and then will be archived on the Explore Scientific YouTube channel. Those watching live will be able to participate in a question and answer session at the end of the show.   Dr. Daniel Barth left a career as a research scientist to teach. He has spent more than 30 years teaching astronomy, physics and chemistry at the high school and college level. A successful science fiction writer, Barth is the author of Maurice on the Moon, Doomed Colony of Mars and other works.
