Popular waterproof eyepieces are back in stock

We're happy to announce that two popular Argon-Purged Waterproof Eyepieces are back in stock! The restocked oculars are the 82° Series 18mm model and the 62° Series 40mm model.

82 -degree series 18mm waterproof eyepiece

82° Series 18mm Eyepiece

$319.99

62 degree Series 40mm waterproof Eyepiece

62° Series 40mm Eyepiece

$289.99

The 82° Series 18mm eyepiece is a popular focal length in the upper-medium power magnification class providing both super-wide apparent field of view and generous eye relief. It is perfect for any application where more power is desired including observing globular star clusters, planetary nebulae, the bright cloud structure near the nucleus of comets, initial observations of planets, and (with the proper safe filtration on your telescope) observations of active regions of the sun.

The newly restocked 40mm eyepiece is the longest focal length in the 62° Series. At this focal length, this eyepiece is generally reserved for deep sky observers who challenge themselves to observe near the faintest observable limit of their telescopes. The huge true field of view is perfect for deep sky objects like galaxies, nebulae and star clusters. Click the images below to learn more!
