The versatile 8x42 binocular offers the widest field of view — 394 feet at 1000 yards — in the G400 series, making it an ideal choice for tracking moving targets like birds and small animals. The 42mm aperture brings in lots of light without adding bulk and the 8x magnification delivers crucial details. It also has a close focus range of 2 meters, which is perfect for birdwatching and other activities where you want to get detailed views of near subjects.
