The 176th Global Star Party, which kicks off at 6 p.m. CST Tuesday, will be a celebration of celestial wonders and milestone moments!
Tomorrow is a busy day in the cosmos with Buzz Aldrin - one of humanity's greatest explorers - celebrating his 96th birthday; and Comet C/2024 E1 (Wierzchoś) reaching perihelion and conjuring the possibility of binocular visibility. The month has also brought meteor showers, the year's first supermoon and the perihelion of Comet 24P/Schaumasse. There's much to discuss, and our global astronomy community is ready to share their insights!
