Also effective as of February 18, 2026, the Explore Alliance program has been discontinued. All service, repair, and replacement requests submitted through this program on or after this date will be evaluated and handled exclusively under the updated Explore Scientific® Warranty, regardless of the original purchase date or prior program registration. Any service requests that were approved or in process prior to February 10, 2026, will not be affected. Explore Alliance was a voluntary customer membership program, not a product warranty. |
